Since 1983, the mission of Matrix Parent Network is to empower families of children living with disabilities to understand and access the systems that serve them in Marin, Solano, Sonoma, and Napa counties. As of July 2024, this work will be part of the Youth & Family Supports programs at Marin CIL, through a binding legal merger agreement unanimously approved by both organizations' boards. This merger will create a larger, multi-generational disability rights organization that centers on "whole family care."
