* All home modification packages come with a fall prevention checklist and complimentary pill box. Home Safety Services will make the final determination on which package you'll actually receive based on their assessment. Wheelchair ramp will be covered up to $1200 of the cost. The program is available to Marin County residents with a disability and/or over the age of 60 that are at risk for at-home falls.
