Virtual Workshop: Eviction Notices in California

November 4, 2025
1:00pm - 2:00pm

Are you a renter with a disability in California and have questions about evictions? Learn about your rights in this virtual workshop, which will cover eviction notice requirements, what to do if you receive an eviction notice, and tips for resolving or even preventing these issues.

When:
Tuesday, November 4, 2025
1:00 PM

Join DRC’s Equal Access and Housing Practice Group for an explanation of the legal requirements for eviction notices in California. This will include what information must be in the notice, how it should be served, and ways a tenant can respond.

We will also discuss strategies for resolving and hopefully even avoiding an eviction notice. This virtual workshop focuses on the pre-unlawful detainer notice and will not address unlawful detainer litigation

This virtual workshop is for legal information only. If you receive an eviction notice, you should consult an attorney for legal advice.

Reasonable Accommodations: Spanish interpretation will be offered
