The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a group of parents, educators and community members who are concerned with the educational needs of children with disabilities.
The Solano County CAC serves in an advisory capacity to the Solano County SELPA (Special Education Local Plan Area) regarding community opinions, concerns, and suggestions pertaining to special education and related services to students with disabilities.

Solano County SELPA CAC meetings take place on Thursdays, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm, at the Solano County Office of Education – Solano County Office of Education – Waterman Room; 5100 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA 94534
