READY FOR LIFE?: Building an Effective Transition Plan in the IEP Part 1

Do you want to learn how to support your child’s future? Join us for a comprehensive two-part virtual workshop series will focus on defining, aiming, and designing an Individual Transition Plan (ITP) in the IEP. An Individual Transition Plan (ITP) is a student-driven written document created as part of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) to prepare a student for life after high school. It outlines transition goals, services, and community activities specific to your student’s needs.
This webinar will be presented by a PHP Special Education Resource Specialist. It was developed and made possible under a U.S. Department of Education grant. It is a collaboration with Parents Helping Parents and EPU Children’s Center. Both agencies collect your registration data. Privacy and confidentiality are taken seriously; the privacy policy is on the website.
