Board of Supervisors' meetings will be conducted in the Board Chamber, Room 330, Marin County Civic Center. Meetings will also continue to be streamed lived and members of the public may participate remotely. Options for virtual participation.
The County posts and distributes a full agenda for each Board of Supervisors meeting on the Thursday prior to a scheduled Tuesday meeting. Anyone may subscribe to receive the preview directly in their email inbox. Sign up to Subscribe.
Commuity members can call the Clerk of the Board office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (415) 473 - 7331 to see if a topic of interest is scheduled for the next Board meeting.
The Board of Supervisors has the overall responsibility for the function of county government. They are the legislative and executive body of county government. One supervisor is elected from each of five supervisorial districts. Terms are four years. Supervisors are elected by Marin County voters residing in that Supervisorial District.
