Spanish Recovery Group

Join Enterprise Resource Center and Mental Health Association of San Francisco for a confidential support group for mental and emotional well-being. In this group you will find a meeting space for the Hispanic community where support is provided and received in situations and challenges that are individuals constantly go through in a safe environment. In this group members will also share some practical tools to increase resilience and lessen the effects of stress and trauma in the body and mind. 

First and third Monday of each month from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
