See below what we have coming up! Most events are offered free of charge, but we gladly accept donations to Marin CIL to help us expand our ability to meet the needs in the community.

Disability Portraits Day @ SF MOMA

The disability community is invited to SFMoMA’s first Disability Portrait Day, an event featuring free portraits by disabled photographer Mia Charnelle. Come with your friends, family, and service animals for a sitting, and receive a print and digital portrait at a later date. A selfie station will be set up for an additional opportunity to strike a pose! All participants will also receive free admission to the museum and are encouraged to check out all the exhibits, especially Creative Growth: The House That Art Built, featuring all disabled artists. In partnership with the Longmore Institute, the San Francisco Disability Cultural Center, and the Disability Visibility Project, this celebration of our culture documents who we are as we are.

Free and open to the public; museum admission is not required.

Please arrive scent-free. 
Location: the outdoor alley on Howard St between 3rd St and New Montgomery (between the W Hotel and Fang Restaurant) 
Access note: Some days, this space can get a bit windy, so plan accordingly.
