IHSS Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Training

The California Department of Social Services Adult Programs Division will be conducting EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Location Services provider training webinar sessions beginning in April 2023, to demonstrate how non-live-in providers will use the IHSS EVV Mobile App & ESP (Electronic Services Portal), and the TTS (Telephone Timesheet System) to check-in and out beginning July 1st, 2023.

Webinar sessions fill up fast, so if you are unable to get into a session please join for another session. 

EVV is a federal law that requires electronic record of certain information about the IHSS and/or WPCS (Waiver Personal Care Services) services performed. Beginning July 1st, 2023, all IHSS and WPCS providers who do not live with their recipient are required to check-in and out at the beginning and end of each workday and indiciate of services are being provided in the home or community.
