Beyond the Ramp: Fostering an Equitable Workplace Culture

Live training event - Quite often, professionals with disabilities feel excluded in the workplace due to inaccessibility and ableist internal practices. In fact, society's attitudes toward people with disabilities not only cause trauma but prevent people from disclosing their disabilities in workplace settings. Learn steps to ensure a more inclusive workplace, how to avoid ableist workplace practices, and practical tips to support accommodations for employees with disabilities. 

Join LaVant Consulting for this ONLINE 60-minute training is designed for small teams, DEI professionals, human resources team/leaders, and others who are exploring more efficient was to create disability-inclusive work culture that goes beyond basic ADA requirements.
