THIS IS A ZOOM TRAINING*
Are you considering Conservatorship or its alternative, Supported Decision Making, for your child?
Join us as we welcome attorney Alexis Lynch. Conservatorship may be an important step for families of a child with a disability transitioning into adulthood. In order to maintain the legal rights to make important decisions concerning your child’s care after age 18, you need to be appointed conservator by a judge. But it is not always the right path. Supported Decision Making might be a viable option for your family. Discover the key differences between these options, along with the processes involved in implementing each one for your child.
Free for families
EVENT TIME: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
*Please register before 9 am the day of the training. Late registration is not available.* This training takes place on zoom. Once you register you will receive an invitation and instructions.
